Inspection Comments |
-Upstairs hand sink took a little while to get hot water to it. Hot water heater is in basement. Ensure that there is a constant hot water supply at all handsinks. -Downstairs handsink is not operational. There is no food prep happening in the basement or food storage. -Observed some mouse droppings in the basement. There were mouse traps and sticky traps present. Ensure that adequate pest control is happening. -The stairs going to the basement are beginning to chip away. Ensure stairs are maintained in good repair and prevent a tripping. -Ensure no food is cooked and cooled and re-served to students. There is cooked and cooled food in the 1-door freezer that is labeled "Mary." Per Mary, the food is for personal use for an allergy. -Ensure that dented cans are removed from service and sent back to supplier. |
